How to put form elements as one group?

HI

I have couple of questions regarding the html controls containers.

Question. 1

how can I put Name elements,email, phone elements in one group.

I want to reduce the steps to order. see bellow links currently it has 9 steps. I want group all related elements in place as like i mention. Is it possible?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to display multiple form fields together in one page? 

I did check your form and found that you are using new form layout. Unfortunately it is currently not possible to display multiple form fields in one page of new form layout. The only possibility is to use old form layout which will allow you to create multi-page form and each page can have multiple form fields.

I would suggest you to please switch your form layout to legacy layout and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to switch to legacy layout:
