Limit the number of form entries by individual e-mail address

Hello,

My question is as follows.

Can I limit the number of entries on a form by the e-mail address used.

i.e. can I restrict the number of submissions from a particular e-mail address to 10. So johnsmith@gmail.com can only fill in and submit the form a maximum of 10 times before he is stopped from submitting further forms?
