Missing forms

Good morning!  I am missing two forms I use as templates.  They are named something like "Event template with online waiver" and Event Registration template without waiver"

Do you have any idea where they might be?

The form "Event with waiver" is currently disabled. I was not able to find the form "Event Registration Template" form. Please provide the form ID of the form so we can check it further.
