How do o fix this error

I need to have my form fixed when people register it gives thos error. I currently have 19 registered I need to have a total of 48 with payment  I am a bronze package member

 Please help me!

I have checked and cloned the form and i could not replicate the same issue on my side. However this has mostly to do with enabling cookies or IP checks in the Unique feature of your form.

I have checked your form and has this feature disable hence the reason I could not replicate the issue from my end.

To however disable this check in future kindly configure your form as shown in the image below.
