Also, I am using Dwolla has a payment system. I have already set that up but when I went to test it, it gives me an error message.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Dwolla is discontinuing its product as of October 2018. But if you’re looking for an alternative to collect ACH payments through your forms, you can check out other great alternatives here.
I have checked your form and it seems to be correctly set up, I would recommend you double check your Dwolla information, here is also a guide that will help you to get the API information and integrate it with your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/360-Setting-Up-Dwolla-Integration-With-JotForm
