One page answering

    how can i just send out one page with all the questions on it verses answer click answer click

     

    want to see all the questions on that one page

    I have checked your account. You are using JotForm's New Form Layout. New Form Layout is based on one field on per page. If you want to change it, you can do this with two ways:

    1. From your account settings, you can uncheck its status.

    2. From your form's settings by clicking "Show More Options" option you will see "Form Layout" section. You can change your form layout to "Legacy Layout".
