I checked your forum threads and it looks like we have responded to each one:
As stated in those threads, we will be happy to help get the forms moved, we just need you to log in to the account that currently has the forms and make the same request. Log in to your JamieHoh account and request we move the forms to your account and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
I logged onto Jamie's account and it says NO FORMS however on SWithers account it does show Jamies forms. We need to TRANSFER ALL THE FORMS from Jamie's account to Switchers account (which we just upgraded). This NEEDS TO BE DONE TODAY! I shouldnt have to reach out to you people more than twice to get this done. I also send and email to the SUpport email myself not through this. NO RESPONSE.

The account "swithers" with the email: "email@example.com" has shared access to the forms under the account "JamieHoh". As he doesn't own those forms we cannot transfer them.
You must just login with the account "JamieHoh" and post a message here on this thread for us to go ahead. Once we see the message we will transfer the forms for you.
