I have had only 9 submissions, why does it say I need to upgrade?

The dashboard is telling me I need to upgrade my account, but I haven't reached the limits. Why is this so?

I did check your account and found that your currently account usage is at 9 submissions which includes 7 payment submissions. Please check the screenshot below of your account usages:

Please note that in free account you can only receive up to 10 payment submissions. Since you have already received 7 payment submissions which is close to allowed submission limit of free plan, that is the reason why you must have received the warning email.
