payment link is directing to paypal sign in page

How/ where do I add the URL from paypal for the payment page rather than sign in page?

Just to clarify, if you are using the standard PayPal payment integration then it is working correctly.

The user must submit the form, get redirected to the PayPal login page, then they log in, and pay.

They cannot pay without logging in.

Once you log in you will be redirected to the payment page.
