How to resolve form submission problem stuck on please wait

    Submit tab is reading please wait but submission is not completing regardless of platform used e.g. desktop, tablet. Please advise

    I had cloned your form and re-enabled your key and it worked fine. Can you please try disabling your encryption and enable it again. You may use your existing key or create a new one.
