Unable to submit form in internal network?

    My jot form is having the same submit issue like when I click the following.




    The submit works when it is done from external network but not internal.Please advice

    Could you please provide us more details of your concern. Is the form embedded on a website? If it is, could you please share the link?

    Is the website only accessible in a private network? Please note that the form is hosted directly in Jotform, it needs internet access to properly load the resources and submit the data to our servers. If your firewall or network security is blocking external resources like Jotform, then that would explain why you are not able to submit it successfully. I suggest you coordinate with your network admins or engineers to resolve this issue.
