Unable to sign into my account

    Hello Jotform Support Group,

    I am currently unable to sign into my account.  I have tried resetting my password and the link says "timed out" within seconds of receiving the e-mail. 

    Please Help!

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    I have checked on our end and noticed that multiple password reset  instructions have been sent, I also issued a reset email, I also checked the link that was sent to you and it seems  to be working.

    Please try to use a different device or internet connection, a network issue may be causing the timed out error. 

    Let  us know how it goes.
