How do I get rid of the white space on any of my webpages with a JotForm?

    Every page has a white space above if there is a jotform on there. 

     

    Please can you help as i dont know how to edit html code / edit padding etc.

     

    When you refresh the page it gets rid of the white space :/

    May I ask if you are referring to the webpage's top space or in the form's top space.
