I have created a form and I have completed two full submissions today, following through with paying on Paypal, but I am not being notified and the website is not counting them. Please help.

It seems that your submissions were marked as Incomplete Payments.
The Incomplete Payments are usually abandoned payments. More about them you can find inside of this guides:
However, if you received the payments on your PayPal account, but they are shown as Incomplete Pavements, then the issue is most likely related to IPN settings on your Paypal account (IPN is not enabled). Inside of this guide, you can find how to enable IPN on your Paypal account:
