Now I'm getting email saying that I need to pay up more.....

I checked your subscription and it looks like a previous subscription that was paid via PayPal sent a downgrade notice even though it was already cancelled. I reapplied your current subscription and it should now correctly show in your account.
Let us know if it still does not show correctly on your end and we will take another look.
