not quite sure. but it seems as though our mailchimp interegration hasnt been working. (it has been set up for a while)
i just cross check some emails that were submitted via our jot form and they havent been added to our mail chimp subscriber list ?
let me know if there is something i can update. it was working before...

As I tested the MailChimp integration on a test form, it worked fine at my end. Could you try removing the integration and reintegrate the MailChimp on the form to see if that works? If the issue still persists, please try generating a new API key of MailChimp and try using it.
