We are taking donations for Hurricane Harvey. Form includes PayPal Pro.
A donor submitted a contribution on Sunday, and periodically it keeps re-submitting. I get the JotForm notice, and she keeps getting PayPal notifications. She's been charged 7 times so far for a one-time contribution of $200. HELPPPPPPPPPPPP!

Are you able to refund her ? Please enable Unique Submission and Unique Question in your form settings to prevent multiple submission.
It is also advised to Disable Autofill since it is intended for one time submission only. This way if the customers browser refresh all previous data inputted in the form will be cleared so that they are aware and prevent unintended submission.
