I have set this form up and I was wondering if someone could help me to make it so a customer can select medium candles, white box x 5 in one flavour and then say 10 x in another flavour ? Can this be done

The best way to set this up would be to set up your options outside of the payment field, rather than setting them up as products. Use regular fields like checkbox or radio button fields and then assign those options calculation values:
You can then total up those values and perform calculation on any values entered in the form:
And then pass that total to the payment field:
With this set up, you can create many more sub options simply by conditionally showing more fields:
Here is an example form I made to show how it would work:
In that form I conditionally show number fields based on color candle selected. I use the values entered in those fields in my calculation widget. I added the set up fee by adding a radio button field with a single option. That option is selected by default, the field is set to required a value of 35.00 is assigned to the option since your setup fee is $35.00.
Here is what the calculation looks like:
I am simply multiplying each number field by 1.00 since they are $1.00 in the form but you could make that whatever you needed the cost to be.
This is a bit more complicated set up but does allow for much more freedom with setting up options. You can clone the form to your own account to have a look if you would like:
