I received two submissions from people registering for my event. Unfortunately the data received is scrambled or no data.
I have done so much work on this form and now to let people know it does not work is very unprofessional.
I tested it twice before I published it and after I published it I tested it as well. It worked.
Can you please assist.

Did you enable the Form Encryption feature? It looks like the data on your screenshot is Encrypted. For more information about Form Encryption, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
I did a test submission to your form (ID: 72436039414555) to test it further. I checked your submissions page and I can see that the data is readable on my end. Here's a screenshot:
