    Hi,

You can also view encrypted form submissions if you are using the correct encryption key.

If you have multiple forms that are using the encryption and they use different encryption keys, please note that the encryption key is saved in your browser's local storage so that it will automatically decrypt the submission data. However, if the encryption key in your local browser storage is not the correct one for the specific encrypted submission, then it won't work.

Please do review our guide related to the Encrypted Form feature here: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them. It will walk you through on how to properly use it and the answers to the commonly asked questions are also there.

    I hope that helps.

I deleted my key or didn't save the first one.

If that is the case, we would like to apologize, but the only way you can decrypt your encrypted form submissions is by using the correct encryption key. — What-Will-Happen-If-I-Lose-the-Private-Key
