Claiming School Discount

We set up a free account not realising there was a 'school' version. We have created a form, published it and received some replies already. We realise we need to upgrade to Bronze. How do we apply for the school 50% discount please?

We have an approval process for the education discount. Please go to this page (https://www.jotform.com/education/pricing/) and follow the instructions.

Once submitted, we'll review the application and upon approval, you will receive an email with the instructions on how to upgrade or switch your subscription.
