Jumping data entry on Iphone, Safari

    Hi,

    I have read some previous posts and this seems to be an ongoing problem with iPhone and safari.

    I use jotform for some phone apps and when trying to fill out the form on my iPhone it jumps to another part of the form while data entering in some fields. I notice other people have had this issue. Please---how can it be resolved.

    The URL for the app is shown below. You will see there are 9 forms on there, most of which have the same problem on an iPhone. I think Safari is the problem but as safari is the default browser with apple I do need this sorting.

    I have checked your website on iPhone 6, Safari. I couldn't encounter the problem you have mentioned as you can see the example screencast below:

    Moreover, I have cloned your form named "FactFind-General Insurance" on my side in order to check its configurations. I have seen that you do not have any CSS injection. So, your form should work well on mobile devices. 

    We have a "Mobile Responsive Widget" for some extra cases, maybe you can add this widget to your form as seen below:

    Please test and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Thank you for looking at this. There are 9 forms on my app. Please could you try a couple more to see if the problem arises? I just tried again and my phone still jumps from one field to another ad hoc.

    I am wondering if my phone may be at fault, albeit I do not think it is. I know other people have also had this problem too so perhaps you could still double check the issue as it is concerning that my Apps may be a problem for some. If you come across other posts like this please let me know.

    I also test using the other forms on your website using mobile browser. But I also could not reproduce the reported issue at this time.
