How do I hide a field

    Good Morning,

    I have tried to implement conditional formatting to hide a field, but everything I have tried does not work. I want the Guest 1 field to be hidden if someone is unable to attend the event as well as if the individual or staff/parent ticket value is less than 2. I have tried several things, but I cannot get it to hide no matter what I try. Please help.

    I checked your form and there are several conditions that will show Guest 1 if a quantity is in the payment field is equal to 1.  Since the default quantity for all options in the payment field is 1, these conditions will always be met.

    The easiest way to resolve this would be to set your product quantity range from 0-10 instead of 1-10:

    This way, the conditions that check quantities will not be met unless the quantity is changed from 0 to 1 by the user.
