Noticed our box integration on our forms was disconnected for some reason. It took about a day to notice that and get reconnected.
Is there a reason the integration would get disconnected?
Is there a notification that I can turn on if this happens?

When you say disconnected, did you mean that the Box integration in your form was removed? Or it is still connected but no longer updating your Box account for the new submissions?
So far we haven't had an issue with integrations being removed so I presume you mean it is not syncing the new submissions.
There are several reasons why this happens,
1. It could be a problem on Box, an update or server issues.
2. A delay with our server
3. You've made changes to your form, this might also break the integration especially if fields have been reordered or deleted.
Once this happens, we suggest you refresh the integration by re-integrating your form to Box. This should fix the problem.
