My forms suddenly have a grey box around them on the website

    Suddenly some of my forms that are embedded on pages have a grey box around them? (see link) They were not that way before. And some don't have grey box but I get a strange message (see screen shot).

    It's the page background. You can change this in the form builder. It is there by default, but you won't see the page background if the width of the form container on your website is limited to the form width.

    To change, set it to transparent:

    As for the popup message, I think that is not related to the form. It's a framework that you used for your website. You seem to be using Muse web builder.

    Thanks Welvin. The strange thing is that I did not have them before and then they suddenly appeared on pages I had not changed. But you brought up Muse and that reminded me that I had just updated that software and I bet that's what made the changes happen. Thanks for the fix.
