When I try to login on my laptop I get this page

You are in the very old version of the form builder. Please try logging in using Chrome or Firefox. If I remember it correctly, running IE on incompatibility mode gives you that old page. If that won't work, clear your browser cookies for Jotform then your browser cache. That should do it.
