Not synching with Constant Contact

    Hi There,

    I tried to link my JotForm account to my Constant Contact account but it's not working. JotForm keeps telling me that I entered the incorrect username and password but I verified it multiple times and that is not true.

    Please advise.

    I could not reproduce the same issue on our Constant Contact integration at this time.

    I used a cloned version of your form and added Constant Contact integration using my constant contact account. I was able to get the authentication and integrate.


    Please make sure you provide an existing and valid Constant Contact account username/password in the authentication steps. It should work.

    Let us know if issue remains.
