testing payments

    We plan to purchase as soon as I get the payment method working.  I've maxed out the number of submissions while in the "SANDBOX" for the payment method and I still have more work/testing to do.  If anyone on your staff would look at the account, you can see that we have had NO payments made through the work so far.  I tried to contact you with the Support Center, but when I selected PRIVATE the submit button turns to "please wait" and nothing happens.  So I'm asking "out loud" ( I don't know if everyone will see this or not) here for some mercy and the hope that you can reset the "count" while I finish testing with a LIVE payment prior to purchase for use.

    As per checking, your account has already reached the Payment submission limit for the Free plan. I will reset back your payment submission counter to 0. However, please note that we only do this once. If you reach your limit again, you will need to upgrade your account or wait for the payment submission counter to reset back to 0.
