Sub User is not able to see or download submissions

    I have a form that is shared with a sub user.  I am the owner of the form.  I can see submissions, but the sub user cannot.  The sub user sees the date and time of submission, but not any of the data, EXCEPT if they are downloaded as a PDF (then they are visible).  But, I need the sub user to be able to download an EXCEL sheet with the data.  When requested, the sub user can download the EXCEL Sheet, but all fields, except date and time are blank.  Yet, I, as owner, can do the same from my account, and all data appears.

     

    I have selected to share editing and submissions with the sub user, but I must be missing some other factor.  Any advice?

    Your sub account user SMCuria reported the same issue yesterday. I told to your sub account user that the reason why the sub account user is not able to see submissions is because the main account (PanchoVilla596) is not storing the data in Europe Datacenter and the sub account (SMCuria) is storing the data in Europe Datacenter. 

    To resolve this issue the sub account user has to uncheck Europe Datacenter option on the Data page of the account or the main account user has to check the same option.
