Jotform submissions missing.

    Please could you help me find my Jotform submissions?  When I log in the submissions only date back to 15/08/17.  We have been using Jotform for at least a couple of years now.  Please could someone get back to me this morning as this is urgent.

    You can find the submissions once you select a form.

     

    Once you click that, you will show the listed submission. You can filter them based on date, week or All. Refer to this following image

    From this setting icon, you can filter your submissions based on different time frames. By selecting All Time, you should see all the submissions that has been made so far.

    We apologize for the issue that you are having.

    I have checked your forms and I found that the number of submissions that are showing is ok.

    Look at this screenshot:

    The markings are the number of submission made through your forms. I also have seen the submission and there are no missing submission as far as that number is concerned.

    Since you are saying you should have submissions posted before 15/08/17, can you please provide us any previous excel file with old data that you might have?

    This matter is really urgent, please could someone ring me? I have Jotform submission emails to prove that there are many submissions not showing on Jotform, however I cannot post these online as proof because they contain personal information.  I really need all submissions to be showing on Jotform so I can download an Excel spreadsheet.  We are paying a lot of money for our Jotform memberships each year and speaking to someone online about this is not acceptable, it is taking too long to solve an urgent issue.
