Thank you page is not displayed when form is submitted

My second issue is that the thank you message is not appearing when the form is submitted.

I cloned your form to test it and was able to reproduce the issue.  To resolve it, I opened the thank you page settings, copied the source code and deleted it.  Closed the window to all it to update and then pasted the source go back to the editor:

That allowed for the thank you page to update and show the correct message once again.
