Urgent Problem with Form Submission

    Urgent help required please.
     
    All my forms under account chapter_one are suddenly failing to submit due to the following error message.
     
    Incomplete Values
    Email field can only contain a valid email address:
     
     
    Please can you help asap as it is severely affecting our business.
