When users edit a form via the provided "edit submission" link, it is generating a new submission ID.

A new submission (and submission ID) is being created every time a user edits their responses. This is leading to major problems for us, as we don't know which submissions are duplicates and rely on the fact that when a response is edited, it is still the same, original response and not another new submission. Could you please help with this asap? This is impacting 60+ forms that we have live right now.

This should now be fixed.  Editing submissions will now update the current submission instead of creating a new one.  Let us know if this is still not the case and we will be happy to have another look.
