Unable to edit received forms

    When we attempt to edit, e.g. add a claim number to, a received form, the system shows our "confirmation of submission" as if we were an external submitter completing our form on our website.

    5 previous attempts to submit this issue have failed. we get a notice that the address is incorrect.

    This should now be fixed.  Editing submissions will now update the current submission instead of creating a new one.  Let us know if this is still not the case and we will be happy to have another look.
