Question about editing documents with Square embeded

I noticed the section to edit entered submissions looks like a simple insert of the actual submission form with the data entered there.

For forms with Square store in it, say someone completes a form and makes a payment, and then informs me they made a mistake with their name or something trivial that has nothing to do with the Square section. If I were to fix it in the edit submission page, would the payment tracking number and product information remain or will it be overwritten by whatever is there in the edit page?

The payment field gets locked on the first submission, which means that the payment field cannot be edited even when you're able to edit any other field on your form. 

Your user will not be charged again, the already selected products will stay the same and nothing should be changed.
