Email Issue

    Dear Jotform,

    I am experiencing an issue with an enrollment form. The email with the data of the person who submits the form does not reach me when the form is filled on PORTABLE devices. On desktop computers everything works fine.

    Please help me!

    The form you provided has 4 submissions. I checked the email logs on your account and all 4 email Notifications were successfully sent.

    We are experiencing a delay on our email servers today and most likely because of that, you did not receive some emails.

    Email traffic has been redirected to our new server. You will receive incoming emails normally by now.

    However, emails that were already sent are in the processing queue and will be sent in 6 hours. Our team is also trying to speed up the process.

    Just to be sure that your form is working properly, I made a test submission from my phone.
