I'm still locked out after trying to change my password. I need access to my account asap. I never received the verification email.

Our apologies for the inconvenience issue you have encountered. When I check our logs, the password reset email seems to be sent without any problem.
Also, I checked your email whether it is in our bounce list. However, it isn't in our bounce list either.
I have just resent the password reset email. Would you please check your e-mail inbox and spam folder again?
