Why I get a page not found error when trying to look at uploaded images?

    I get a page not found error when trying to look at uploaded images.

    I'm afraid that when such error message occurs that means that the file wasn't properly uploaded or the upload was interrupted so the file wasn't completely uploaded. And the only way to fix that is to re-upload the file by the end user.
