Coupon code fetched from Stripe account says invalid when tested

    I'm importing coupons from Stripe, but I'm getting a "coupon is invalid" error. Help!

    I have created the same Coupon Code in my Stripe account and fetched it in the Stripe payment field on this form — https://form.jotformpro.com/72648090912964

    The coupon worked when I tested it.

    Please make sure that the Coupon is listed on the Payment Settings — Coupons tab.

    If, in any case, it is listed but still shows as an invalid coupon when you test it, please let us know.

    Looks like I got it working now; not sure why it's working better now than it was previously but perhaps it just took some time. Thanks!
