I have noticed a one hour difference between the actual time of a registration and the time and date stamp on the record. We are in ET and the times appear to be in CT.

Could you please share the form ID where the mentioned report is created?
I checked this one: https://www.jotform.com/70324610272142 but I had some issues finding the same results like in your report.
Also, please check your Timezone in Settings page: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

LandingsReplied on September 25, 2017 at 11:43 AMI checked the Time Zone in Settings. It is set to EST.
Regarding the form, it is this one: https://form.jotform.us/72617775384165
And this one: https://form.jotform.us/72664351884162
I just did another test. See below. See the time on my computer and the time and date stamp on the registration?
Truly, I am thinking it is happening with all of my forms.
Thanks for your help.

I just did a test submission in this form: https://form.jotform.us/72617775384165
And I checked your submissions page, the time is showing properly for the EST time zone:
Could it be that your timezone is EDT since it is one hour forward comparing to EST?

LandingsReplied on September 25, 2017 at 12:43 PMFIXED!! You were exactly correct. And I see that now when you look for alternate time zones EST isn’t even an option any longer. They are all expressed as GMT, so I chose New York.
Thanks so much and sorry for the trouble.
