Check box that brings up another set of check boxes.

So I am trying to make a form that will bring up another list of options based of a check box selection. I cannot find a widget that allows me to do this.

For example

{Check Box Red} modal popup or similar if checked, [Check box Light Red],[Check Box Dark Red]

{Check Box Blue} modal popup or similar if checked, [Check box Navy Blue], [Check box Light Blue]

I want the options surrounded by [] to only show up when {} is selected.

The easiest way to accomplish this would be to use conditions to show the second set of check boxes depending on what is selected in the first.  Here is more information on how to set up show/hide conditions:
