Whenever I try to edit a form already submitted by my clients using a PC / laptop, I am having issues. The edit screen goes blank. Attaching screenshot. Please help.

I was able to replicate mentioned issue on my cloned form and I will escalate this issue to our developers. Once this issue is resolved, we will update you via this thread.
You can still edit your submissions from the submission of your form, but you will fist have to click on the 'See All' option and the to select a page on your form.
You can also use the edit link that you receive via an Email Notification.
