llamar formulario en pop-up desde boton en wordpress

Buenas.! necesito me ayuden a resolver este inconveniente. necesito llamar un formulario en modo pop-up pero desde un botón. he tratado pero no se si es que me hace falta algún plugin o estoy fallando en algo, ya revise todas los métodos que me da jotform para publicar, les agradezco su colaboración
