We set up a payment form using JotForm. Some tried to charge their card using our form, however their CC company blocked the charge out of an abundance of caution. Once the customer colled the CC company and approved the charge, the CC company asked the customer to ask us to re-run the transaction. Is there a way to do that?

Transactions are only processed when the form is initially submitted. If the user wants to submit their payment again, they would need to send a fresh submission through the form.
