Good afternoon. My name is Ivan and today when I was editing my form, the system show me a problem. My login failes. It is AUTOSUSPENDED. How can I fix it?

I have reactivated your account. Please sure you do not build forms to requests login credentials or credit card information (you must use a payment integration instead).
Also we recommend not to leave forms untitled or unfinished.
