Clickable image as a question

Is there an element type (or widget) where I can upload an image, which is displayed to the user for him to click on the image with the precise location being the anser (e.g. set a marker)?

It could be used for many options (e.g. I can upload a ternary plot image or an image with different options or a personalised map).

Unfortunately there is no built-in feature to achieve this. I will check and get back to you if I am able to find out any workaround to achieve your requirement.
