How to add "Terms and Conditions" without adding any external link?

I am trying to add my terms and conditions to my jot form however i dont have hosting space is this possible?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Short Scrollable Terms" widget and see if that fits into your requirement. This widget will allow you to add the content directly in the widget instead of adding an external link.
