Passing paprameters to the form

I have a list of Clients that i will send out a link to my form to

I want ot send the link out with a set of parameters like

https://form.jotformeu.com/72735945901362?Name="Freddy Farcus"&PostCode="Bxx 9PH"

Can this be done and how?

Is there a maximum amount of parameter i can pass?

You can create a separate link for each of you clients. 

URLs with over 2,000 characters will not work in the most popular web browser. Just keep URLs under 2, 000 characters so the prepopulation would work.
