I am trying to add a phone number to my form. the systsm adds it and its in the jotform inbox but NOT in the email we get. help!

I have been checking your forms and I can see you have not a phone number field there; however, please note that you can customize the email notification to include the desired fields:
Once there, click on the "Form fields" drop down so you can include the phone number to your email:
I would also recommend you to turn on the "Update Email" option under the advanced settings so the email template automatically includes the fields you add to your form:
