Problem with Integration to Dropbox

    Hello!

The integration from Jotform to Dropbox is not working properly. When we update an  existing form, the updated version is not going to Dropbox. How can I solve that?

I already checked the integration button, it says Integration Up and Running, but we are having the problem mentioned above with the updates.

    Thank you!

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. Please allow me some time to conduct my tests on my end and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Thank you!

I dont know if this helps... When the form is filled for the first time, the integration is working. The form appears in Dropbox. But when we update or change any information in the form, that updated version is not being sent to Dropbox.

Are you referring to the update of existing submission or information of the form? I created a simple test form (https://form.jotform.com/72775003773964) and did some test submission. On my first test submission, the folder was created and the uploaded files are added to the Dropbox folder but when I updated that submission, uploaded photos or the information on the Dropbox folder is not updating.

Is this the same scenario you encounter?

Yes, I am referring to the update of existing submission.

In our case, someone fills the form with the information and submits it. That part is ok, the file is normally added to Dropbox. But if I edit the form on Jotform and upload an image to that same form, that update is not being added to Dropbox.

We are currently experiencing an issue with Dropbox. I have escalated this thread to Level 2 support. There will be a response on this thread.

I just got a response from Level 2 support. Apparently the reason your upload field isn't passing files to Dropbox is because you are using an upload widget. Note that you need to use the standard file upload field for your files to work with Dropbox integration.
